CTG Tourist Attractions and Hotel Staff Service Skills Competition and CTG INTERNATIONAL 2023 Service Skills Competition Kick Off on Nov. 15th

November 14-16, 2023, Ocean Spring Resort Zhuhai – Over a hundred participants from nine cultural tourism enterprises under CTG INTERNATIONAL gathered at the Ocean Spring Resort Zhuhai for the highly anticipated CTG INTERNATIONAL Service Skills Competition.

The competition is structured around the core concept of the "4D Service System", aiming to shape service culture and enhance service skills across the board. The contest features nine categories, including service highlight design, fire-fighting, Western and Chinese banquet setup, room service, Western and Chinese cooking, and tour guide narration. This initiative is a practical step by CTG INTERNATIONAL to advance service quality through competitive training.
